Intergen is a young and energetic company of 300+ professionals with offices in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin, Sydney and Perth.
Each year Intergen gets involved in a “Graduate Programme” for our Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin offices. We provide Graduates with training and mentoring support in business consultancy and the application of your programming skills to real world business problems.
We are interested in BSc, BTech and BIT Graduates that WANT a career in IT! Graduates majoring in a finance or business related degree that have a strong interest in IT are of strong interest to us as well.

You will need to complete an application form including a covering letter, your resume and a copy of your academic transcript*. You can find this in the application form section here. Please remember to state your preference for working in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch or Dunedin.
Once applications have closed and we have reviewed all applicants, we will create a short list of students that we would like to interview, and reply to students that have been unsuccessful.
Intergen holds an “Open Day” for the successful Graduates where you are invited into our offices to attend interviews. The interviews will cover areas such as competencies, technical knowledge and general information about you.
Intergen will offer the successful students a position.
Key dates:
- 1 April 2011 - Applications open!
- 17 June 2011 - Applications close
- July 2011 - Shortlisting and telephone interviews take place
- August 2011- Open day and interviewing, successful candidates offered jobs
- Start Date - End of January 2012
