E•SPONDER is a software solution that enables multiple first response entities to share critical information when collaborating in the preparation, response, resolution, and review processes associated with daily activities, events, and incidents. It is highly customisable, and can be easily expanded to fulfill specific event/incident management needs that may exceed the capacity of an organisation’s daily tools. Developed as a foundation to be built upon so that it fits each agency specifically, E•SPONDER does not just serve a portion of your organisation’s needs, but all of them.
This suite of components is ever growing, and additional modules can be built quickly as other necessities are identified. The current E•SPONDER Alerts module enables agencies to contact thousands of people simultaneously via pager, phone, email, or text message. Response organisations can use this tool to notify teams of critical information, to report or request a response, advise team members of when an E•SPONDER event site is created, or mobilise response, community and volunteer organisations. E•SPONDER Alerts tracks outgoing messages and incoming responses, increasing situational awareness for all E•SPONDER users.
