Dynamics Solutions Practice Lead, Central Region
Kirsten joined Intergen as the first business analyst in 2005, since then she has developed her career into a CRM consultant and now she is the Dynamic Solutions Practice Lead for the Central region.
In this role she spends a lot of time building relationships with client, to develop an understanding of their organisation and solution needs, this allows her to offer advice and recommendations for the best solution for their specific organisation, whether this is a product, bespoke solution or business process.
Kirsten says, "Coming from a business analysis background, I am very customer focused. I get great satisfaction when I can see how much business value is provided when one of our solutions is delivered and working nicely in a customer's environment."
