Since graduating in Management and Computer sciences in the early 90s, Tim has maintained a strong interest in IT and the difference it can make to business.
Tim’s first exposure to IT consultancy was as one of the founding members of Glazier Systems.
From this point on Tim realised that IT consultancy was his passion and has focused the majority of his 17 years working as a consultant and/or holding a management role within a consultancy. Valuable experience during this time was the overseas experience in the UK. Spending five years operating in various consultancy roles for large organisations developed his interest in how to successfully deliver IT projects and manage the software development lifecycle.
On returning from the UK six years ago, Tim rejoined Intergen and was responsible for creating the Intergen Southern presence, initially in Christchurch and more recently taking responsibility for the Dunedin office as well. The General Manager position is a challenging role tasked with ensuring that all aspects of a regional IT consultancy are supported, that strategically we are successful in what we do and, most importantly, we deliver against what we promise to our clients.
