Intergen seeks an awesome 12 month Fixed-term Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Solutions Team!

The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Business Analyst to join our team. This role will be split between Palmerston North and Wellington. The majority of your time will be spent with our client in Palmerston North.
As a core member of the team, you will be working on a variety of projects, leveraging your consulting acumen whilst contributing to the success of our client and Intergen’s growth.

You will have experience in the entire range of business analysis practices – building strong, trusted customer relationships, working pragmatically to understand business and associated requirements with solid exposure to project management and business analysis methodologies.
Experience within Change Management, Testing and/or Training would also be highly regarded.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Participates in business strategy development, including environmental analysis, opportunity identification, value cases and business innovation portfolio development.
  • Ensure solutions development across the organisation are aligned to enterprise architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet financial targets (cost and benefits).
  • Work in partnership with the senior leaders enabling them to meet their business objectives, overcome problems and gain an understanding of high-level technical concepts.

  • Act as a Product Owner for our client in the website / digital space

  • Have worked within a full Agile or Hybrid Agile environment.
  • Deliver projects consistently to a high quality, deliver benefit and which are on time and on/under budget.
  • Has application project lifecycle experience.
  • Develop business process mapping and improvements
  • Develop and conduct testing and change management activities
