The Opportunity:

As our newest Client Director, you will drive and execute our sales growth with some of our largest clients. You will use your strong connections and networks to open new doors as well as ensure the growth of new business within existing accounts through an excellent engagement across the Intergen business.  This is a key strategic sales role, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager for Wellington.

About you:

To fit in with us, you will need to be a passionate, motivated and client focused Business Development Manager. You will be incredibly ambitious, and as a confident expert in selling solutions, you’ll have a desire to build your personal brand and dominate a competitive market.

Your Experience:

With a proven track record of year on year growth against sales targets, you have a history of success in our industry, helping clients achieve operational excellence through your business acumen and leadership skills. You’ll have extensive client management experience having lead client engagements, including managing and negotiating sales portfolios within a disciplined and future facing environment.

You’ll have

  • Energy, vision and the desire to drive and grow new business
  • Expertise in talking to the business benefits that an integrated IT solution can bring to an organisation
  • Credibility to engage at executive level
  • Ability to use your relationship management skills to influence client outcomes and drive ROI
  • Proficiency in coaching our clients’ senior leaders through their procurement cycle, ensuring their change programmes are set-up for success. 
  • Proven experience articulating the business value that can be derived from the strategic application of technology
