Client Director, Customer Success


Intergen seeks an awesome new Client Director to hunt down new opportunities and join our thriving Auckland team!

The Role
You will use your strong connections and networks to open new doors as well as ensure the growth of new business within existing accounts through excellent engagement across the Intergen business.  This is a key strategic sales role, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager for Auckland.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Actively seek and pursue sales opportunities and strategic relationships
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximise closure rates and sales revenues based on Intergen’s documented opportunity management and account planning framework
  • Develop and execute account management plans to maximise revenues from each client
  • Foster and maintain superior relationships at all levels within each client participating in formal account and project meetings
The Person
You will need to be a passionate, motivated and client-focused Client Director. You will be incredibly ambitious, and confident in engaging at senior levels to further build your personal brand and Intergen’s brand in this competitive market. You’ll have energy, vision and the desire to drive and grow new business.

This role would suit someone with the following skills and experience:
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales & Senior Business development
  • Helping clients achieve operational excellence through your business acumen and leadership skills
  • You’ll have Business development experience having lead complex client engagements, including managing and negotiating sales portfolios within a disciplined and future-facing environment
  • Broad understanding of the Microsoft technology stack
  • Proven experience articulating the business value that can be derived from the strategic application of technology critical
  • Credibility to engage at the executive level and use your relationship management skills to influence outcomes and drive ROI
  • Proficiency in coaching our clients’ senior leaders through their procurement cycle, ensuring their change programmes are set-up for success
