Hybrid Role - Application Support .Net/CRM Developer


We are looking for someone with a strong development/technical background with a keen interest in release management and DevOps.

The Role
You’ll work closely with our clients to resolve any of their issues in relation to their Dynamics CRM solution.  As a member of the Application Support team, you will be responsible for the completion of support tasks, including enhancement work and smaller support projects working across all of our different clients.
As a release manager you will work in partnership with the interested parties, both internal teams, clients and other vendors. Tasks may include:
  • Oversight of the technical management processes and practices
  • Build and enhancement of service management processes
  • Foster the overall capability of the team and ensure deliverables of other groups are achieved.
You’ll gain a deep understanding of our client’s organisation to ensure successful delivery and maybe even suggest ways to enhance their business by improving their existing solutions.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Providing objective advice, expertise and specialist skills in Dynamics CRM Development as well as wider consulting skills.
  • Completion of support tasks and smaller support projects working across all of our different client solutions
  • Contribute to Solution Design artefacts that translate business requirements into solution design.
  • Prepare IP/Wiki materials and participate in providing user training to Intergen clients.
  • Undertake transition activities and collection/establishment of support artefacts as allocated.
  • Provide support to existing clients with minimal supervision from more senior members of the team.

You will:
  • Have several years' programming experience with an excellent understanding of coding methods and best practices.
  • Have demonstrated experience in a support environment – incident management, release management & change management will be familiar terms to you.
  • Contribute to and provide guidance on the evolution of Intergen best practice. Continue to develop technology, methodology and framework knowledge. Obtain certifications relevant to the role. Encourage on-going education across the team.
  • Have solid understanding of broader Microsoft technologies like SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Azure and workflow solutions like Flow, Nintex or K2 in order to support existing and potential clients in these areas.  Be an expert trouble shooter and love getting your teeth stuck into puzzles
  • Foundation technologies: Office 365 family, Internet Information Server, SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, Windows Desktop OS.
  • One or more of the following relevant technologies: SharePoint, SSAS, CRM, workflow & tasking tools.
  • A broad range of Microsoft technologies.
