Intergen seeks K2 experts to join our Modern Workplace team, either in a permanent role or on a contract basis.

The Role
With an increasing number of exciting client engagements, we are looking for new people to join in either in a permanent role or on a contract basis. You will need to have a proven track record in business process analysis or automation and a collaborative approach to your work.

We work onsite with our clients so strong communication and interpersonal skills are also important. Experience with K2 workflow solutions is essential, in one or more of the following areas:

  • Business & Process Analysis
  • Consulting & design
  • Development

Responsibilities of these roles are varied but will include:

  • Translating business needs into actionable requirements
  • Providing advice and guidance to clients on approaches and solution options to identified business problems
  • Architecting new workflow solutions in line with industry and company standards and best practice frameworks
  • Developing new workflow solutions in line with industry and company standards and best practice frameworks
  • Supporting the implementation of applications by packaging the release, and creating appropriate support documentation
  • Process Management
  • Process Automation
  • Process Optimization

The Person
This role would suit someone with some or all of the following skills and experience:

  • 4+ years of experience, with a focus on the consultative aspect of the role.
  • Workshop facilitation
  • Technical writing skills (from requirements to solution design)

For development roles, other technical experience and/or awareness sought includes:

  • Microsoft D365CE or CRM
  • Microsoft SharePoint, Forms
  • Coding including; C#.Net / Javascript / SQL (Backend), CSS, and .Net
  • Process Modelling - high-level capability with UML and other such tools
  • General knowledge around endpoint protocols and security components (SFTP/FTP, File, OAuth2, SSL, SSH, LDAP, etc.)
