Intergen seeks a Licensing Administrator to join our team! PART TIME in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch or Dunedin.

The Role

As a Licensing Administrator, you will support technical and business offers made to Intergen clients by providing appropriate, timely, accurate and considered administration, quoting and pricing services for software and cloud consumption licensing models.

This role can be based in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch or Dunedin in a full time or part time agreement.

You will be contributing to enabling successful outcomes for both our clients and for Intergen.    

The role is incredibly varied and provides an outstanding opportunity to truly grow your licensing acumen:

  • Maintain an ongoing working knowledge of all relevant licencing programs, vendor portals, plans and rebate schemes, along with renewals and annuity revenue streams.
  • Manage the quoting process including: creating the quote, following up on quotes, re-quoting expired quotes, retiring quotes, turning quotes into orders, invoicing orders.
  • Maintain long term client licencing arrangements.
  • Manage renewals.
  • Manage the CRM portal to record new purchases and renewals.


The Person

This role would suit someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience with licensing administration with a strong understanding of the Microsoft software range.
  • Proven background in administration and finance with strong accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to      multi-task.
  • Experience in meeting customer requirements to meet simple through to complex licensing requirements, dependent on solution.
