This role offers a great opportunity to join our high-performing and passionate leadership team at Empired.  As Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
  • Participating in pre-sales activities, presentations and demonstrations to customers
    Designing solutions, implementing and delivery of projects  
    Coaching, motivating and supervising team members to drive successful delivery of innovative projects
  • Encouraging employee engagement by continuing to develop and mentor technical specialists
  • Advocating collaboration and knowledge sharing plus fostering innovation and change
  • Promoting a high performance culture within the team, focusing on consulting and delivery excellence
  • Providing training and technical guidance.
  • Providing input to performance management and succession plans.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, fielding any escalations from your team and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Meeting individual and group utilisation targets
  • Representing our brand and capability within the market
The person:
The first word that springs to mind here is passion! Passion for technology, for people and success are absolutely critical. You'll 'live it and love it' when it comes to technology, be a passionate ambassador and a solutions-focused people manager. Your strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the Dynamics suite of products, will help you achieve business outcomes and deliver results.

Ideally you will have worked a similar position before and possess the following skills and attributes:
  • A strong communicator and facilitator with skills that clearly set you apart from the pack
  • Previous team leadership experience  
  • Previous experience in Dynamics CRM 
  • Previous experience in Dynamics CRM 3rd party add on i.e. Click Dimensions, ADX Studio etc. (desirable)
  • Strong consulting capabilities, stakeholder management and customer focused approach
  • Experience in the pre-sales process, including gathering user requirements, solution design, customer presentations and workshops
  • Understanding the relevant Product partner solutions and the value they bring to a customer solution Technical CRM project lead experience is essential 
  • Excellent people skills - great influencer, respected by customers
  • A high level of trust and integrity
  • A sense of humour!
