Your role:
Reporting directly to the GM of Cloud Services, you will several high-performing, strongly knit teams and foster high levels of employee engagement by continuing to develop and mentor a team of industry recognised specialists. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery and operation of Microsoft-centric cloud services that underpin our well recognised applications business.

  • Be responsible for cloud-delivered, enterprise grade platform offerings
  • Run teams of expert technical and operational specialists
  • Work closely with clients to ensure alignment of goals and successful delivery of services
  • Be a key player in ongoing successful delivery and capability development
  • Provide leadership in the direction of current and future services
  • Drive continuous improvement in service experience for our clients

As an effective representative of our brand and capability within the market, you will be demonstrably client-centric in your thinking. Your sound business acumen, strong marketing inclination and solid technical awareness of Microsoft cloud and infrastructure technologies will enable you to continue the growth of your Practice and the business.

Your Experience:
You’ll have worked in a similar position within a vendor environment or be ready to make that move into management, whilst maintaining involvement on the client side.  Effective communication and facilitation skills will be huge strengths, as well as your ability to drive engagement and oversee various teams.  Your deep understanding around business, technology, and market trends will ensure you excel as our newest Practice Manager.
Attributes of successful candidates will include some or all of: 

  • Prior experience with cloud-delivered and cloud managed services and/or platform and application operations
  • Good awareness of cloud design elements especially in the Microsoft stack
  • Proven experience in commercial and financial management
  • Strength in leadership and working as part of a team
  • Good breadth of technical understanding
  • Demonstrated alignment with understanding client needs and proven success in managing client interaction and satisfaction
