As Practice Manager for our dynamic Wellington office, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to our customer facing businesses. This service will involve a range of different challenges from managing complex projects with services from multiple parties, through to delivering a standalone project management service to our customers to manage their teams. Achieving successful client outcomes is central to our success and as such the PMO team has a key role in managing all aspects of a project to achieve successful business outcomes.
 
Leading a high-performing team you’ll foster high levels of employee engagement by continuing to develop and mentor our experts.  You will have the responsibility for the success of the portfolio of projects being managed by your team, ensuring that the revenue, profit and delivered outcomes of the projects meet expectations; delivering to budgets / forecasts and key regional metrics as outlined in the scorecard for the role.  Working closely with the General Manager this role is focused on helping, through active oversight and risk management, to successfully deliver the portfolio of projects: on time, on function, to budget and quality.  The decisions you make will impact the achievement of Intergen’s objectives and financial performance.

Passion for business, technology, people, and success is absolutely critical.  You’ll also need to be highly motivated and have a natural ability for developing a trusted advisor relationship with clients. As a confident leader, you will be at ease presenting to a broad audience and enjoy sharing your knowledge with your team to ensure they achieve their goals.
 
You’ll have worked in a similar delivery leadership position within a vendor, whilst maintaining involvement on the client side.  You will have experience leading teams that deliver large scale complex projects, taking an active governance role to ensure success.  Effective communication, negotiation and facilitation skills will be huge strengths, as well as your ability to drive engagement and oversee various teams.  Your deep understanding around business, technology, and market trends will ensure you excel as our newest Practice Manager.
