You could be doing this as a consultant getting involved right at the start to work out exactly what the customer needs, a developer getting stuck in with the creation and the detail, or as an infrastructure engineer guiding our clients through their exciting new solutions.

You might be working with our clients and taking them on a journey with various technologies across the whole Microsoft technology stack from general .Net development through to particular products like Dynamics 365 or SharePoint and more!

You are a passionate recent graduate and are now on the hunt for the right path in the digital world. We’re after digitally savvy graduates: high achievers with a completed degree and a strong interest in technology.

You don’t have to have studied IT but you must be passionate about a career in technology and committed to learning the ropes!

Graduate Opportunities

Graduate Consultant

You will learn to provide objective advice, expertise and specialist skills with the aim of creating value, maximising growth or improving the business performance of Intergen’s clients. This involves understanding the client’s organisation and enhancing their business through recommending better or more appropriate policies, processes, architectures and technologies.

You will have the opportunity to participate in presales conversations and presentations and workshop facilitation activities. You will be working within a team of experts who will offer guidance and support throughout your development journey. You will gain practical experience across various areas of the delivery lifecycle as you are exposed to different client projects.

Graduate Infrastructure Engineer

You install, configure, and maintain infrastructure for our clients. This includes servers, storage, client devices, networking, and system management tools across the cloud, and on client premise. You also look after operational support of that infrastructure and the solutions it supports in order to ensure system availability and integrity.

As a Graduate Engineer, you will work within a team and receive guidance and mentoring from a Senior or Lead Engineer. You will be exposed to, and trained in various technologies, with the opportunity to specialise as you grow within the team and Intergen. You will gain practical experience across various areas of infrastructure and the engineering lifecycle as you are assigned to new and exciting projects.

Graduate Developer

Your role is to define, develop, test and maintain software applications to create business solutions for Intergen’s client’s. You will be writing code, testing and analysing software programs and applications. As a Graduate Developer you will also research, design, document and modify software specifications throughout the applications lifecycle. You’ll work within a team of creative and experienced Developers who will mentor and enable you to develop your technical skills. You will gain hands on experience across multiple projects of various scales covering the full development lifecycle.
