Intergen opens Seattle office

As a result of sustained growth in the US market since 2006, Intergen has opened an office in Seattle and has appointed Jay Templeton as Regional Manager, Western United States.

This deep relationship with Microsoft Corporation was originally developed and maintained by Intergen’s CTO, Chris Auld, and grew to the point where it needed an established, dedicated Redmond-based presence. As Intergen’s new US Regional Manager, Jay Templeton brings his experience from a number of roles at Microsoft New Zealand, including several years as Windows Marketing Manager.

Jay is also joined by Hamish Hill, who has moved from Intergen New Zealand to the United States into the role of Solution Delivery Manager. Already playing a key part in developing the US business from New Zealand, Hamish will lead a team of a dozen local and remote staff along with an ever-increasing range of other Intergen staff from across the world who regularly get to work on Microsoft’s projects.

Jay says: "As Microsoft moves from a Software company to a Devices and Services business, Intergen is strongly positioned to continue to help on an even wider array of solutions. On top of the breadth of award-winning solutions that Intergen delivers across Australasia, the Intergen USA team is focused on working on new market opportunities like Modern Applications, Cloud Services and Intelligent Systems (The Internet of Things).
