In her role as Executive General Manager, Customer Success, Jo’s focus and passion is to enable our diverse and engaged Customer Success team to deliver great experiences to our customers.

Jo and the team work closely with our customers to intimately understand the challenges and opportunities presented by their digital environments and markets, working in long-term partnerships with them to enable the best outcomes for their organisations.

An experienced senior leader, Jo has a depth and breadth of enterprise-level experience across the global technology sector. With a career spanning several well-respected, iconic IT brands, Jo’s career focus has been to lead teams and organisations to deliver great experiences for customers. She relishes the continuous learning that this continuity of change represents and helps customers and organisations to see opportunities for change through many different lenses.

Jo also has a strong history of commitment and service to the New Zealand business and IT industries. She is a Board Member for the Business Central, BusinessNZ Council, WellingtonNZ, Scots College, and President for the Wellington Chamber of Commerce. In 2018, Jo won the Women in ICT Achievement award.

Outside of work, Jo is a busy Mum to her three boys. She enjoys bootcamp, gardening and walking her dog through Wellington’s Eastern hills.
