Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Quick Reference Guide

Having worked with CRM since version 3.0 I have seen many menu and UI changes. We all like new stuff, especially me, and the new CRM 2013 menu system is relatively easy for us old hands to use, as we can remember where everything was located and find it quickly.

However for new or occasional users of the system it is sometimes challenging to jump to the correct location straight away.

To help your navigate CRM 2013 I have created a Quick Reference Menu Guide listing all basic functions in the system in alphabetical order, with the appropriate second and third level menu buttons showing where this functionality can be found.

It looks like this:

You can download the full document from here: http://sdrv.ms/1dP0PmW. Obviously, if you add custom entities to CRM you will need to update your own list with the appropriate items in the correct menu locations.
