Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 one month in – An imminent virtual launch and more resources than you could poke a stick at

At the beginning of the month I weighed in here to mark the occasion of the launch of “general availability” for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. One month in and the excitement’s still building and big plans are still afoot.

In fact, the biggest event of all – the global virtual launch of AX 2012 – is still ahead of us, happening early morning on September 9, New Zealand time (but available on-demand online thereafter, for those of us who don’t fancy a very early start to our Friday morning). It’s open to all-comers, and it’s a great way to get a full big-picture look at AX 2012 and work out if it’s right for your organisation – and all from the comfort of your desk.

So, what else has happened on the AX 2012 front since the announcement of “general availability”? We’ve been busy with our customers getting a handful of AX 2012 projects underway. We’ve been checking in here on the Intergen blog regularly to share our own personal AX 2012 highlights as we discover them. We’ve been giving presentations on AX 2012 and writing about AX 2012 and tweeting about AX 2012.
