Getting the most from your Dynamics CRM Online implementation: setting up a partner of record

How do I ensure that Intergen is set-up as the partner of record for our Dynamics CRM project?

It is important to Intergen and Microsoft that the correct partner of record is assigned to the Online environment. In setting this up, you ensure that Microsoft is aware of the partner and can assist the partner with any support enquiries or ongoing management of the environment.

Follow the steps below to assign Intergen as the partner of record for your Office 365 account or Dynamics CRM Online account. Note that only global or billing administrators can make this kind of change to your organisation’s account.

  • Intergen New Zealand’s Partner ID number is 1019657.
  • Intergen Australia Partner ID number is 3678719.

1. Go to the Microsoft Online Portal and sign in using your username and password

2. In the Microsoft Portal, in the navigation select Admin

3. Then select Billing-> Subscriptions in the left hand menu. This will show your company subscriptions. Click on your company’s subscription.

6. Your partner information will change to show Intergen as your partner for that specific subscription. If you have more subscriptions and would like to make Intergen the partner of record, go back to your subscription and follow steps 3 through 5.
