Your role as Business Analyst is to ensure we are "easy to do business with" by providing oversight of the delivery of services or service technologies to our clients. As a BA you'll be joining a team of industry recognised experts and will be aiming to ensure a high standard of work is adhered to.

Qualifications (preferred):
-       ITIL required

Your experience:
-       Assist with business processes / documentation
-       Create business scope definitions and test case scenariosFigma tool
-       Digital experience platforms: Optimizely, Sitecore, SANA commerce, Umbraco, Kentico
-       Knowledge of Figma tool helpful
-       Assist with test case scenarios
