Looking for a talented Desktop Management Engineer to join a high performing team based in Wellington

The Role

Intergen's Platform team are looking for a passionate, talented Desktop Management Engineer to join a successful practice. You'll be working within a varied, complex role working with an accomplished team in a collaborative atmosphere. You will provide onsite and remote desktop support by responding to and resolving incidents and service requests whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and investigate, diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults related to end-user devices.

What would we like to see from you?
  
Your experience: 

  • Providing enterprise level technical support and customer-oriented service experience
  • Microsoft Modern Desktop (Intune/Modern Endpoint Management) Experience and/or relevant technical qualifications will be highly regarded
  • Troubleshooting desktops, laptops and tablets running a Windows standard Operating Systems
  • Working with and troubleshooting common enterprise applications (MS Office, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
  • Troubleshooting printers and print servers
  • Have a solid understanding of ITIL Foundations and Change Management processes
  • Ability to work with composure and professionalism when dealing with multiple demands
