The Role
As a Consultant within our Business Applications team, you’ll take ownership of the implementation, configuration, and delivery of Dynamics D365 Business Central ongoing support. Our Business Applications practice is growing; we're looking for some fresh faces in our Business Central Operations Team! Multiple options for location for this role!

As a Consultant within our Business Applications team, you’ll take ownership of the implementation, configuration, and delivery of Dynamics D365 Business Central ongoing support. Our Business Applications practice is growing; we're looking for some fresh faces in our Business Central Operations Team! Multiple options for location for this role!
Required
- 3+ years commercial experience in installation, configuration and delivery of Dynamics D365 BC solutions (standard, customised with Extensions, and integrated), along with some experience or desire to drive value with the Power Platform (incl. Power Apps, Logic Apps, PowerBI)
- Experience from presales to final delivery
- Confidence working directly with clients (remotely or on-site)
- Demonstrated experience in a support environment – incident management, release management & change management will be familiar terms to you
- Be an expert trouble shooter with great problem-solving skills and love getting your teeth stuck into puzzles
- Experience in estimating BC services, capturing scope & requirements, writing user stories and development specifications
