Role
As a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant - Customer Engagement (formerly CRM) within our Business Applications team, you’ll take ownership for the implementation, configuration and delivery of projects to provide outstanding business solutions. You’ll conduct workshops to define requirements, design solutions and implement them working closely with customers to achieve the best outcome to agreed timelines and objectives.

As a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant - Customer Engagement (formerly CRM) within our Business Applications team, you’ll take ownership for the implementation, configuration and delivery of projects to provide outstanding business solutions. You’ll conduct workshops to define requirements, design solutions and implement them working closely with customers to achieve the best outcome to agreed timelines and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops
- Take ownership of consultancy, configuration engagements and solution delivery
- Develop solution prototypes to prove solution approach and design
- Confidently present and articulate the business value of your proposed solution to business managers, IT, end users and executives
- Perform and lead user acceptance testing and conduct training sessions
- Participate in pre-sales presentations and demonstrations and provide input for RFI/RFPs
Your Experience
- 3 - 5+ years of commercial experience in installation, configuration and delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (formerly D365 CRM) solutions
- Experience in ensuring that each solution is properly scoped, designed, implemented and tested to meet our client's business needs
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively present and defend point of view
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a focus on capturing requirements and use cases, developing a solution and articulating business value
