Lead Developer (Full stack)

Intergen seeks an awesome Lead Developer (Full Stack) with a strong front-end focus to join our Modern Work and Digital team!

The Role
As a Lead Developer (Full Stack) within our team you will leverage your substantial technical acumen to lead specific development programs, providing development expertise across a range of languages and platforms.
 
The Person
As the Lead Developer, you will be someone with leadership qualities who proactively seeks effective approaches to tasks and problems and sets a high professional standard for themselves and others. You will have excellent communication skills and enterprise experience building and leading projects that consist of front and/or back-end technologies.
  
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead with the following: 
  • An infectious, positive, can-do attitude and driven to continually improve.
  • 5+ years of experience as a senior .NET front-end developer
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud service providers e.g. Azure or AWS
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams in an Agile Scrum/Kanban environment.
  • Experience architecting various enterprise level and small-scale bespoke web & mobile applications.
  • Extensive experience in leading technical pre-sales (including tender responses and estimations).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and / or industry certification & experience.
Must-have tech & tools experience:
  • Front-end design – Bootstrap / Material, HTML, (S)CSS
  • Front-end development – JavaScript / ES6+ / Typescript, Angular 2+ / React / Vue, state management, client-side routing, code splitting, NPM / Yarn
  • Hybrid Apps / Mobile frameworks – Ionic / React Native / NativeScript
  • .NET - C#, Web API, .NET Core 2+, Swashbuckle, xUnit
  • Testing – Accessibility tests, automated cross-browser tests, UI regression, e2e & unit tests
  • Source control management – Familiar w/ pull requests, merging, rebasing, branching & release management best practices
