A permanent opportunity has arisen within Empired’s Workplace Services for an experienced Senior Consultant (Support), primarily having 2-3 years desktop support experience with some additional skills e.g., PowerShell scripting, basic C# knowledge.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for: -
  • Providing support to COTS and SaaS products.
  • Ensure cases are updated as per SLAs
  • Follow and comply with all change management policy and procedures
  • Retaining ownership of customer issues until resolved or escalated
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software faults related to end-user devices
  • Respond to high priority issues in a timely manner  
The career experiences we recruit for: -
  • 3-5 years’ experience in supporting similar solutions
  • Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent experience (i.e. MCSE)
  • Problem identifier and solution provider.
  • Experience supporting COTS and SAP preferred
  • ITIL foundations 3 preferred
  • Experience with using a Ticket Management System
  • Experience with Eclipse would be a bonus.
  • Ability to work with composure and professionalism when dealing with multiple demands
  • Ability to work autonomously and use initiative.
