The Role
You will work closely with our clients to resolve any of their issues in relation to their Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environments. As a member of the Business Applications Operations team, you will be responsible for the completion of support tasks, including enhancement work and smaller support projects, working across all of our different clients. You will gain a deep understanding of our client organisations to ensure successful delivery and maybe even suggest ways to enhance their business by improving their existing solutions.

Responsibilities
- Providing objective advice, expertise and specialist skills in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Completion of support tasks and smaller support projects working across all of our different client solutions
- Contribute to Solution Design artifacts that translate business requirements into solution designs
- Prepare IP/Wiki materials and participate in providing user training to Empired clients
- Undertake transition activities and collection/establishment of support artifacts as allocated
- Provide support to existing clients with minimal supervision
Your Experience
- Be a specialist and have solid, proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions relating to Finance Management
- Have demonstrable experience in consultation engagements with an excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and best practices
- Be willing and able to mentor others and share your knowledge with the wider team
- Demonstrated experience in a support environment – incident management, release management and change management will be familiar terms to you
- Be an expert trouble shooter and love getting your teeth stuck into puzzles
- Manage and develop customer relationships and perceptions to achieve mutual goals
